What is Crossover Arc?

Crossover Arc is a three-day collaboration between WASD Gaming and Lunar Phase for fighting game enthusiasts hosted in NYC. Brought together by our mutual love of French Bread games, we bring you the biggest celebration of FPan titles in the Northeast along with titles from Arc System Works and SNK.

When is the event?

Our upcoming 2024 event is a 3-day weekend event from March 22nd - 24th.

Where is the event?

CROSSOVER ARC 2024 will take place at OS NYC. OS NYC is a large gaming center in the center of Chinatown, New York City surrounded by accessible public transportation and affordable food.

How much does Crossover Arc cost?

Registration for CROSSOVER ARC 2024 varies in price based on when you register and what type of badge you purchase. At present there are 2 badge options available. Both options include access to the venue and a CROSSOVER ARC 2024 badge.

Competitor Badge
This badge allows you to enter the tournaments directly hosted by the staff at CROSSOVER ARC 2024. Tournament entry costs $10 per game.

• Early bird: $65 until January 31, 2024

• Standard: $75 until February 29, 2024

• Late: $90 until March 18, 2024

Spectator Badge
This badge allows the registrant to watch CROSSOVER ARC 2024’s tournaments live as well as enjoy casual play and side tournaments.

• Standard 1-Day: $30 until March 18, 2024

• Standard 3-Day: $65 until March 18, 2024

• On-site 1-Day (Friday or Saturday): $40 from March 22 - March 23, 2024. Price is per day.

• On-site 1-Day (Sunday): $50 on March 24, 2024

Both badges are subject to taxes and processing fees on registration.

Can I refund my ticket?

We offers refunds until the close of the CROSSOVER ARC 2023 Standard Registration window on February 29, 2024 at 11:59pm EDT (UTC-4). After this date, all registrations are non-refundable.

Can I refund purchased merchandise?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN PURCHASED AT RETAIL PRICE AND THERE IS STILL STOCK OF THE PURCHASED ITEM AVAILABLE. 

Exchanges are only available within 7 days of shipment receipt. all discounted items or collaborations are final sale. No exchanges or refunds when purchased at discount. No exchanges on products not in new condition. We are not responsible for the shipping costs back to us or the shipping costs back to you. 

Do I need to bring my own controller?

YES.

CROSSOVER ARC 2024 events require that participants bring their own working controller for both casual and tournament play. This means you will need to bring your own arcade stick, leverless box, console pad controller, or other inventive gameplay solution compatible with whatever platform your tournaments are hosted on. Please make sure your controller is in good working order before attending as we will not provide replacements.

Can I use a controller converter?

In short: yes.

Restrictions may apply but Brooks Converters should unanimously be allowed. If you’re worried your converter may be banned please reach out to CROSSOVER ARC 2024 staff directly.

Except when otherwise stated, all badges for our events are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced or resold. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of a badge is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the badge without compensation. Each badge must be used by the same person for each day of the event. The event’s operating hours, schedules, and activities are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each badge is a revocable license to attend the event. You are not guaranteed access simply by having a badge if you fail to meet other entry requirements or social standards. We are not responsible for lost or stolen badges. There are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness in attending the event and not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By attending the event you are freely and voluntarily agreeing to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death, that you may sustain as a result of attending the event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of CROSSOVER ARC 2024 staff.
